Reference images are required for me to move forward with your commission. If you don't have direct art of your character, please make sure you have image examples for things such as skin tone, hairstyle, clothing style and any other details you think might be important. I do not do character design work. Lengthy written descriptions or backstories will not be accepted as reference.Please read my Terms of Service at the bottom of this page before making a request.

A quick sketch with cleaner lines and little to no underlines.

A more loose fully colored piece, with cleaner linework and basic shading and highlighting. Additional objects and effects may cost more depending on complexity.

A detailed painterly piece with no linework. Highly textured with shading and highlights. Additional objects may cost more depending on complexity.

⟡ I have the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion.⟡ You will not claim the artwork as your own and/or remove my signature.⟡ You may request a transparent PNG version as long as the commission does not have a scenery background. I have the right to refuse this request.⟡ I have the right to post and use my artwork on my sites and social media. Upon special request (such as VTuber debut or special occasions) I will delay posting.⟡ When using commissioned artwork and/or PNGs of the commissioned artwork, you must always credit me as the artist by stating my username (@cervinelich) or by providing a link to one of my sites.⟡ The artwork may be used for personal and/or non-profit use only.⟡ You may not edit, reproduce, trade, and/or sell the artwork and work-in-progress images to make a profit.⟡ You may not use my artwork in any way for NFTs and/or edit the artwork for NFT purposes.⟡ You may not use my artwork with AI generation in any capacity.⟡ You must let me know if you plan to use the artwork as part of your branding/channel. Examples: video thumbnail, avatar/icon/profile picture, intro/outro artwork, Vtuber/PNGtuber, etc.⟡ You may request to remain anonymous when I am posting any version of the commissioned artwork online.⟡ I currently do not offer work for commercial use.

⋆˙⟡ — Commission Information and Fees — ⟡˙⋆

⟡ All payments will be done through invoice sent via email unless otherwise agreed.⟡ Turnaround time is within 2-6 weeks once commission piece is accepted. If I think there will be an expected delay I will notify you before accepting the commission.⟡ I am unable to do rush orders.⟡ Maximum time is 2 to 3 months, but only in unusual cases. Cases in which this can happen: large commission queue, life events, etc.⟡ Example images display the quality of work for the commission, but will not be an exact copy. My art will change over time with practice.⟡ Complex characters will have an additional cost depending how much of body is drawn. Examples of complexity: detailed characters, wings, mechas, detailed props, intricate armor, etc. This is taken on a case by case basis and it is not up to question. I try to be courteous in this decision. Please message me if you are unsure about your character having the additional cost!⟡ If the provided character does not have any already established visual design, extensive references will need to be provided.⟡ Asking for edits to commission after sketching phase are limited and will be decided by the artist.⟡ Client is limited to 3 moderate edits after sketching phase. Edits may incur an additional charge depending on complexity and will be decided by the artist. Please have your idea solidified by the end of the sketching phase as to limit the amount of edits needed.⟡ The final product is digital and will be sent over via Email or discord ZIP file depending on size.

⋆˙⟡ — Refund Policy — ⟡˙⋆

⟡ I can provide 100% refund as long as the commissioned piece has not been started on.⟡ Once the sketch is started, there will be no refunds.⟡ If I am unable to complete the commission request due to my own personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.⟡ Partial refunds will be taken on a case by case basis and will be decided on by me.⟡ Payment is 100% upfront. I will not start the commission until payment(s) is processed.⟡ If you need to work out a payment plan, please let me know and we can work something out. Watermarked files may be sent for approval until full payment is processed.⟡ If full payment is not received for a piece, I reserve the right to sell the work to someone else.
